Hi everyone,

This month marks a huge milestone for PBS: fifty years of providing trustworthy and educational programming across America. We have been welcomed into homes to help educate children and prepare them for school; provided fair and balanced news coverage in an increasingly devisive media landscape; and provided quality entertainment from around the globe. We are proud of the history of PBS and the progress we have made, though our work is far from done.

I want to take a minute to thank each and every one of you for your continued support of Southern Oregon Public Television. From tuning in to becoming members, we would not be here without the support of viewers like you. We are very aware of the responsibility we have to our community, and with your help, we will be here serving you all for many more years to come.
