Melody McGrath, a junior at North Valley High School, has a passion for art; it’s her opportunity to express herself. She is proud of her accomplishments in high school. Originally home schooled, she has excelled at high school. Determined to be successful and having a desire to beat the odds as a student in foster care, she will graduate a year early, and go to college to become a nurse. Melody is member of the Honor Society, in track, and will also spend a week in Kentucky during the summer of 2017 to attend nationals for “Skills USA”, a career based club at the school.
