Class of 2008–09: Ashley Cluver
STUDENT SHOWCASE: Ashley Cluver
Sculptor
Ashley has been working with clay for four years now, and loves every bit of it. She is currently a high school graduate finishing up her first term at UCC. She plans on going to Portland to study at Pacific Northwest College of the Arts for a Sculpting and Fine Arts major. Her plans center around one major idea: “To be a ceramic artist and create a lot of different kinds of pottery in all sorts of colors and sizes. From artistic pieces to merely functional ones, from big to small, they each are specially made with a different idea from the last, making a collection of work truly unique.”
