Ceramicist
S. Medford High School
Clayton graduated from South Medford High School and has been working with ceramics for about five years. During his senior year, ceramics became a bigger part of his life than he could ever imagine. Most of his wheel-thrown pottery is utilitarian ware, and is mostly decorative but useful cups, bowls, pitchers, and jugs. His senior paper and project were devoted to the study and history of ceramics in cultures throughout history.
